Application of the double insulation stainless steel chimney Double insulation stainless steel chimney widely used in central air conditioning systems of high-rise building in modern urban, equipment emissions of industrial process, and fumes exhaust from life boiler, restaurants, and the kitchen and so on. Initially only manufactures and uses countries in Europe and the United States . The chimney's inner layer is made of stainless steel with material of 304 or 316, and the outer of stainless steel with material of 304. The highest temperature of the releasing medium may achieve 460 ℃ , and it may bear pressure of 0.15Mpa. Each part is connected by the flange of the end of the inner tube. This particular connection method makes the product easily and quickly and conveniently installed, without any welding. Compared with the installation of the traditional chimney, it may greatly reduce the working period and the costs.Besides, according the users' demands, our company may also provide single- wall , rectangular and rounded stainless steel chimney. |
